1. Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, your order may already be processed and shipped, and we will no longer be able to cancel it.

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Refused or Returned Packages

If you refuse delivery or return the package without prior authorization, your refund may be subject to deduction of original shipping charges.
