1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Personal care items (e.g., skincare, undergarments)

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us with your order number and a photo of the item
